- Once damaged item(s) are received they will be exchanged with the same item(s)(if available) or like value item(s). Some of our wines are limited productions and exact wine(s) may not be available for replacement.
- If damage is visible from the exterior of the package you can refuse service from the shipping carrier and the package will be sent back to us by the carrier at no cost to you.
